Some say the barbeque capital of the world (although North Carolina might disagree), we picked up this recipe in my travels through Kansas City and made a few tweaks – it’s that awesome sweet smokiness that you would expect from a Kansas City rub – this is my total go-to rub on ribs, and it’s pretty freaking awesome on chicken wings too. Not many may realize that Sriracha is named after a city in Thailand, named, Sri Racha - so when it came down to coming up with a name of the newest member of our little rub family, it was easy. Our Sri Racha rub is painstakingly made by first smoking Sriracha sauce in the Traeger smoker, using selected hardwoods to impact a gentle smoky flavor to the rub.
